Halloween Costume Swap

Troutman Parks and Recreation and the Rotary Club of Troutman are joining together to host a Community Halloween Costume Swap! Old Halloween costumes just lying around? Have bags of Halloween costumes just begging to be used again? Donate new or gently used Halloween costume items (hats, masks, clothes, props, etc.) and all things Halloween, to Troutman Town Parks & Rec Office (334 North Ave, Troutman) between now and October 9th. Sizes infant to adult accepted!

The community is invited to come by and pick out a new costume to take home for Halloween on October 11th from 3-7pm at the Troutman Parks & Rec office. No donation required and all costumes are free. Recycle, Reuse, Rescare!
